Founder, The Sales Nerd
"Venman" has worked with Sales and Marketing Leadership at companies from the first dollar to $300 Million in revenue per year. From Boston originally, he moved to Austin, TX where he created his first Sales Team at Talroo before moving to Hearth as the Director of Revenue Operations.
From 2019-2022, he built the Sales and Marketing Practices of SaaS Consulting Group where he worked to combine portfolio companies of Private Equity firms such as Vista, ST6, and TA Associates. There he developed the consulting methodologies needed for large scale transformations of GTM platforms (later used in The Sales Nerd App) such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Netsuite.
In 2022 he started The Sales Nerd and now lives in Barcelona while working with teams remotely. His focus to help clients plan and gain consensus before designing the architecture is what sets him apart.
The Marketing Nerd
"Kraus" has over 13 years experience implementing marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua and Pardot. He specializes in working with his clients to align overall business strategy to results oriented marketing programs targeting the E2E customer lifecycle.
He has worked for several leading agencies as well as within both mid and large scale enterprises, so understands both the flexibility required in a marketing partner as well as the complex dynamics that his clients are working with internally across enterprise systems and teams.
Michael also has in depth knowledge of additional areas of the martech stack including CDP, product analytics, web analytics and in app messaging strategies.
