We've developed a simple project methodology that is housed in your Salesforce instance. We will track progress, communicate around specific builds, and work in an environment built for testing.

The Sales Nerd App has a formalized testing infrastructure with Test Cases and Test Case results.  We will use that to help train your team on the build, as well as ensure we understood what you wanted built.

Project Management, visbility, and communication is held within this custom native salesforce application.  You will see where each item is, who is the blocker, and have a history of the decisions we've made together.

Post-Go Live and Documentation is built into the process.  You'll see the Acceptance Criteria and Solution Design which will help your teams to maintain what we build.
