Michael Venman has worked with Sales and Marketing Leadership at companies from the first dollar to $300 Million in revenue per year. From Boston originally, he moved to Austin, TX where he created his first Sales Team at Talroo before moving to Hearth as the Director of Revenue Operations.
From 2019-2022, he built the Sales and Marketing Practices of SaaS Consulting Group where he worked to combine portfolio companies of Private Equity firms such as Vista, ST6, and TA Associates. There he developed the consulting methodologies needed for large scale transformations of GTM platforms (later used in The Sales Nerd App) such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Netsuite.
In 2022 he started The Sales Nerd and now travels while working with teams remotely. His focus to help clients plan and gain consensus before designing the architecture is what sets him apart.
